All products are handcrafted, and slight variations in color, embroidery, or measurements are a part of their unique charm.

Prices, designs, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders will be processed only after full payment is received (except for COD orders where applicable).

All payments must be made through the payment methods available on our website.

In case of failed transactions, we are not responsible for any bank or payment gateway errors.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer domestic and international shipping. Delivery timelines will be mentioned at checkout.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at the time of order placement.

Delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control.

 

4. Return, Refund & Exchange

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed guidelines.

Only eligible products (unused, unwashed, with original tags) will be considered for returns/exchanges within the given period.

Customized or altered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Chikankari products are delicate; we recommend dry clean only unless otherwise specified.

We are not liable for damage caused due to improper care or washing.
