Yes, all our products are 100% handcrafted by experienced Chikankari artisans, preserving the heritage and authenticity of this centuries-old craft.

2. Do you offer Cash On Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD for most locations within India.

3. Do you take custom orders ? 

Yes, we accept custom Chikankari orders for personal wear, gifting, and bulk requirements. Customisation timelines may vary.

4. How do I Take care of Chikankari Garments?

We recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand wash in cold water for most Chikankari garments to preserve the embroidery. Avoid machine washing and harsh detergents.

5. Are There Slight Variations in Products?

Yes, since each piece is  handmade, slight variations in design, colour, and embroidery are natural and add to the uniqueness of the product.

6. Where are your stores located?

We have two flagship stores in Lucknow – one in Hazratganj and another in Gomti Nagar. You’re welcome to visit us for an exclusive in-store experience.

7. Can I Track My Orders ?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor the shipment status.

8. Do you Offer wholesale or Bulk Discounts ?

Yes, we provide special pricing for bulk orders and wholesale inquiries. Please contact our sales team for details.

9. What if my product arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

10. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days within India. For international orders, it may take longer depending on customs and shipping service.
