Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Heritage Sewa Chikan, we strive to provide you with authentic, handcrafted Chikankari products. Each piece is made with care, and we aim for complete customer satisfaction.

1. Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Items purchased during sale, clearance, or with special discounts are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is inspected and approved by our team.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.


3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size or product defects, subject to product availability.

If the desired replacement is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund as applicable.


4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer care team.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
